Bobby Hall is the owner and president of IMCJAX, a leading telecommunications company. With a career in the telecom industry dating back to 1999, Bobby has amassed over two decades of experience in the field. In 2002, he took the entrepreneurial leap and founded his own telecom business, which later evolved into IMCJAX in 2007. Under his leadership, IMCJAX has grown and thrived, providing top-notch services to its clients.

Bobby’s commitment extends beyond his professional endeavors; he is deeply dedicated to supporting his local community. A native of Jacksonville, Bobby remains closely tied to his roots and is passionate about giving back in various ways.

Currently residing in Fleming Island, Bobby shares his life with his wife of 25 years, Tracy. Together, they have raised three children—Avery, Bailey, and Cameron—and are proud grandparents to Asher and Adalyn.

In his free time, Bobby enjoys a range of outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, golfing, and bowling. His love for these hobbies reflects his appreciation for both the challenge of the sport and the tranquility of nature.

Tracy Hall serves as the Vice President of Administration at IMCJAX, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in Human Resources to the role. Her career is marked by a steadfast dedication to fostering organizational growth and employee well-being. Tracy’s leadership and expertise have been instrumental in shaping the company’s administrative functions and HR strategies.

Beyond her professional achievements, Tracy is deeply committed to her local community. She serves as the Board Chair for Pace Center for Girls, Clay County, where she plays a crucial role in supporting and empowering young women through education and advocacy.

In her personal life, Tracy finds joy in spending time with her husband, Bobby, her children, and her grandchildren. She is passionate about traveling and engages in various philanthropic activities, reflecting her dedication to making a positive impact both locally and globally.

 Kristy Berry is the Sr. Manager of Sales and Service at IMCJAX, where she has dedicated over 8 years of her career. With a robust background in operations and customer service, Kristy is passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction and prides herself on her exceptional troubleshooting abilities. Outside of her professional life, Kristy enjoys spending time with her husband Jack, their children, and her granddaughter Blair. She cherishes her peaceful country lifestyle and is actively involved in supporting her church and community, particularly through the women’s ministry.

Lori Rockwell serves as the Office Administrator at IMCJAX, where she has been a vital part of the team for nearly a decade as the company’s third employee. With a strong background in banking and accounting, Lori brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her dedication and loyalty have significantly contributed to the growth and evolution of IMCJAX.

Outside of work, Lori enjoys her blessed life in Orange Park, FL, with her husband Michael, to whom she has been happily married for 14 years. She finds joy in weekend thrifting, has a passion for luxury cars, and adores her dog, Katie, as well as her two cats, Christian and Lily.

Corinne Bowen has been an invaluable asset to IMCJAX for the past two years, excelling as our Technical Administrator and multimedia expert. With a solid background in service and administration within the trucking industry, Corinne seamlessly transitioned into her role at IMCJAX, quickly becoming known for her adeptness with technology. Her proficiency and enthusiasm for tech have not only driven her own success but have also elevated the entire team, as she frequently takes the lead in upskilling her colleagues.

Living her best mom life with her partner Dustin and their two children, Lucas and Audrey, Corinne manages to balance her professional and personal life with grace. In her free time, she dedicates herself to caring for her kids, embodying the perfect blend of career commitment and family devotion. Corinne’s dynamic presence and technical expertise continue to propel IMCJAX forward.

Bailey Hall began his journey with IMCJAX in 2024, immersing himself in the telecommunications industry with great enthusiasm. With a robust background encompassing 8 years of experience in retail operations, customer service, and accounting, Bailey brings a wealth of knowledge, attention to detail, and expertise to his role; focusing on both the technical and administration side of the business.

As a sports enthusiast, Bailey often draws impactful parallels between sports, work, and life, finding valuable lessons and inspirations in each. He is the oldest son of Bobby and Tracy Hall and twin brother to Cameron Hall, contributing to the family-oriented ethos of IMCJAX.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys engaging in outdoor sports, spending quality time with his lifelong friends, and delving into the rich history of his community through the local historical society and family genealogy research. His diverse interests and dedication make him a key asset to the IMCJAX team.

Cameron Hall joined IMCJAX in 2024, embarking on an exciting journey into the telecommunications industry. With a solid foundation of 8 years in retail operations, customer service, and accounting, Cameron brings well rounded experience to his role. His professional strength lies in B2C sales and engagement, making him a valuable asset to the team.

Cameron is known for his passion for movies and his knack for trivia, often competing to showcase his vast knowledge. As the youngest son of Bobby and Tracy Hall and twin brother to Bailey Hall, Cameron contributes to the family-oriented spirit of IMCJAX.

In his leisure time, Cameron enjoys the company of his girlfriend, Aniya Hart, and loves hanging out with his lifelong friends, ensuring a well-rounded and fulfilling personal life.
